This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use the Genesys API, or participate in our research programs (collectively, the "Services").

2. The "Zero Retention" Guarantee

NeuroGenesys does not train frontier models on Genesys API traffic. We do not store, log, or train on the inference payloads (prompts, images, audio, or metadata) submitted through the API by default.

We do not collect neural data today. Any neural data gathered in future brain-computer interface research will be governed by a stricter standard: informed consent and independent ethics approval, de-identification at the point of acquisition, and no sale, sharing, or use outside the study it was collected for.

3. Information We Do Collect

To operate our business and bill you accurately, we strictly collect only the following administrative data:

• Account Data: Name, email address, company details, and billing information required for account creation and invoicing.
• Telemetry & Metrics: Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics for the Genesys API (e.g., token count, latency, error rates) strictly for billing and capacity planning.
• Log Data: System logs related to API authentications and DDoS mitigation, which are automatically purged every 72 hours.

4. Data Sovereignty & Localization

We design our data practices to align with global data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Where future services process user data, regional processing controls will be offered, and we will not route data outside specified regions without explicit authorization.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share administrative data with trusted third parties necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processing and core cloud infrastructure providers). These processors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are audited for SOC 2 Type II compliance. Neural and clinical research data is never shared with commercial third parties.
